The Quinta da Marinha Golf Course in Cascais has 18 holes and 5,870 meters of Nature and Sport. The Casas da Areia development is located in a privileged area, consisting of seven unique villas. There are villas with 3 and 5 bedrooms, each with 2 floors. Each Villa has 3 parking spaces and there will be places available for visitors.

The condominium consists of seven totally independent villas with unique outdoor areas. Each one has a garden and a swimming pool. The common areas are split between landscaped green areas and parking.

Equipped with large areas and quality finishes, each villa was designed to meet all needs and fit perfectly into the surrounding nature. The large windows of the living room and dining areas look on to the garden and pool, creating a unique connection between the two spaces.
